The hotel is cozy and comfortable, offering clean and cozy rooms with well-considered amenities. The staff are always friendly and smiling, making for a very courteous and helpful service. Its perfect location, close to shopping and the subway station, adds great value for money. The dining experience, although home-made Majorcan products were available, still had room for improvement in variety. The facilities are convenient and well-kept, providing a comfortable stay overall.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean, but a bit tiny compared to other places I've stayed in for a similar price. They were functional and comfortable for one person. The service was super nice and helpful, all the staff were friendly and nice. The location was great, easily accessible by both subway and bus, with the main subway lines close by for convenience. The dining experience, although a mix of Korean and 'Western' breakfast, was not the best as it ended early at 9 am. Despite some downsides, the hotel provided good value for money.
